"Karean came highly recommended to us by a colleague and far exceeded our highest expectations. We had decided to relocate to OC, but had little knowledge of the housing market in this expansive area. She was really helpful and patient while committing to a process to educate us while also learning about us and our needs. We found numerous homes that we "liked" but none of these were the "right" home for us. Eventually we did find the home we were looking for and she expertly guided us through a high-speed sale and escrow process. She worked tirelessly to negotiate the initial sale and then throughout the escrow window to ensure our best interests were met. She was instrumental in coordinating inspections, repairs, financing, etc. She basically had contacts or resources available to deal with any and every task. Then step 2, sell our prior home. Again, Karean excelled. She expertly guided us through the "home prep" process and we were fortunate to quickly make a sale. The final part of the transaction was far from easy and the buyer's agent was "challenging"... All along, Karean acted with professionalism and integrity. (I wasn't looking for an agent that day but I unexpectedly found a guardian angel) A couple of weeks later a condo went on the market on a Friday morning and we knew this was the one so I called Karean and asked if she would work with us and if we could get in to see it that day she immediately replied, we looked at the condo and that evening we were in her office working on an offer.
